We spent Fourth of July a few different ways this year! Since Avery is so active these days we wanted to try and go to our usual weekend classes. We also had our IU friends over which turned into boys playing late night bags
Before the weekend really got going, Nana came downtown with lots of flowers for us to plant in our planter boxes. We did all three and they look beautiful!! We couldn't have done it without her help. While we planted Avery went swimming in her kiddie pool on the deck and was totally entertained.
On the actual 4th we made it to Barrington in time for the Parade, which is Avery's first parade! She was a little nervous since it was loud but she liked it for the most part.

That afternoon we had all our IU crew over for a BBQ, everyone brought food and Beer, we catered from Portillo's and it was delicious!!
Kara and Ross brought Liddy and Dana and Landon brought Quinn, so lots of little babies in the house!

For lunch we headed over to BHCC for lunch and fun activities. Now that Avery is bigger she participated in a lot more this year - she had her first bounce house experience which she loved she wouldn't get out. She also loved going down the big slide with daddy.
